New Restaurant Opens in Wayside Plaza

Check out the details of this new eatery in Burlington.

There is a new restaurant in town for food enthusiasts to check out.

Bonefish Grill opened its doors on Monday at the restaurant’s newest location at 4A Wayside Road.

The grand opening follows a charity event which took place on Saturday, Nov. 9, benefitting the Burlington Chamber of Commerce’s Charitable Foundation and helping the group to raise $10,015, according to a release. Proceeds from the event support Burlington’s Relay for Life, the American Cancer Society’s annual fundraising campaign, and the DuLong Scholarship Fund.

“This weekend’s event with Burlington Chamber of Commerce’s Charitable Foundation was the perfect way to kick-off our opening in Burlington,” said Erik Bush, Managing Partner of Bonefish Burlington. “We look forward to many more opportunities to help support Burlington and to welcoming the community to the restaurant to show them what we do best: attentive chef’s coat service that brings fun, inviting dining and a big-city bar to the area.”

The award-winning restaurant brings its wood-grilled fish, seafood and steaks, sauces and desserts to the area’s top dining and shopping destination, the release states. The restaurant also features a "welcoming bar" with a variety of cocktails, craft beer selections and a wide wine list.
