Burlington Cold Cut Center Offers Classic Italian Food for People on the Go

With the busy schedule most people keep these days — what with work, school, the kids —who has time to cook? Fast food can get old and is not a very healthy option. Fortunately,  there is a ready made solution. Burlington Cold Cut Center, at 195 Cambridge Street, has authentic Italian cuisine ready for takeout. The name is deceiving; it’s more than just cold cuts. Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Chicken Marsala as well as Haddock and roast beef dishes are all available with the traditional cold cut subs. And they have Arrenchini. Not sure what that is? It’s a big Italian style rice ball. It all started when Mike and Nina Falco came to Burlington about 28 years ago. Nina uses her mother’s recipes for all Italian dishes. These recipes …
