A group of students who recently performed in Fox Hill Elementary School's King Arthur-themed Spring Concert gave a great performance to Town Meeting members
Town Meeting Members were treated to a nice surprise performance that livened up the high school auditorium prior to the annual Town Meeting Monday night. A group of students from Fox Hill Elementary School who were part of the school's Spring Concert led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance and then sang the National Anthem. The students then introduced themselves to the crowd before beginning a performance of the rousing song "Joust," which was part of the King Arthur themed Spring Concert. There was a solo preformed by student Mia Campbell. Click the video on the right for the introductions and the performance of "Joust." Musician throwing his own two cents in: Personally, I hate outdoor concerts because a large number of factors are out of your hands. My band performed in an outdoor venue once and it seemed that no matter what we did we just couldn't make it sound as full as it does indoors. Sound dissipates too quickly and Fenway is massive.
