Suspect in 2011 Burlington Vehicular Homicide Arrested for OUI in Tewksbury
Anthony J. Manfredi, who was indicted on Aug. 14, 2011 of the fatal pedestrian collision that resulted in the death of Burlington resident Daniel Jalbert was arrested for DUI while out on bail.
A Burlington man who was indicted on charges in connection with the Aug. 14, 2011 fatal pedestrian collision that resulted in the death of Burlington resident Daniel Jalbert is back in jail after being allegedly driving a moped while under the influence of alcohol in Tewskbury. According to Tewksbury Patch, just after 5:31 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 2, an employee of the Pushcart restaurant in Tewksbury called police to report a patron had just left there and appeared to be drunk. The employee said the man drove away on a blue moped. Two Tewksbury Police units responded to the scene and pulled over the moped, driven by Anthony J.
