Just had the worst service EVER from Pizza Days! We ordered two pizzas to be delivered. Their driver got lost, and delivered the pizzas to someone else's house. When I called Pizza Days looking for them, the girl "in charge" said they had delivered them to the wrong house, but she would have her driver go back and pick them up and bring them to our house. Seriously? Yes, she didn't see anything wrong with that. I told her that was unnacceptable and she yelled at me on the phone that it wasn't her fault and I as rude. I told her she should have called us and not waited for me to call her looking for my pizza, and then told her she should have new pizzas made and brought to us free of charge for the inconvenience and her rudeness. She said fine, I will, but you are never allowed to order her again. I wonder why I'm being punished for her drivers mistake? (seriously, he just showed up at someones house and gave them our pizza???) That was 40 minutes ago. I'm still waiting for our replacement pizzas. I'll be tracking down the actual store managers info and making a formal complaint!
