Bought a CERTIFIED used car here 2 months ago, it has already needed over $3000 worth of work done to it which was not recognized during the certified process (which is done by the dealer).
Audi Burlington made me pay for the work to be done!
Car needs new wheels, tires, control arms, body work, and a paint job!
This dealership is running a huge scam, they will not honor their own warranty! BUYER BEWARE
I am personally filing a complaint with Audi corporate about this dealership to see if I can get the problems resolved.
I would recommend anyone in the area to go to Audi of Natick or Westwood instead.
I will never deal with a HERB CHAMBERS company again!
I HIGHLY recommend you drive the extra few miles to Prime Audi of Westwood, Herb Chambers Burlington is not even in the same ballpark when it comes to sales, service, and an the overall experience you should expect when buying such a prestigious make of car as Audi.
Audi Westwood is much cleaner, the staff is far more helpful and happier that you are there.
You are treated like a burden at Herb Chambers Burlington, like you are wasting their time.
Another great feature at Prime Westwood is that they give a brand new Audi loaner car, and free Gas! You do not even have to fill it up.
I had a loaner for over a week from Herb Chambers Burlington, it was an Enterprise rent a car (Old stripped down Chrysler) that I had to pay insurance and gas for.
It is pretty sad when you drive up in an Audi and leave with a Chrysler with hubcaps and no sunroof.
I will not make this mistake again, and hope to help a few other people out.
When you are spending this kind of money, a dealership that appreciates you makes a big difference!
