Join a Family Zumba Night to Kick Off Your Weekend with Some Exercise

Looking for a high-energy way to start your weekend (and justify eating some unhealthy football food)?
Miss Louise's School of Dance is holding a Family Zumba Night starting at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
"Grab your family members, dancing shoes and get ready for some fun," the event post states. "Miss Louise's School of Dance located at 33 Winn Street in Burlington, will be hosting a Family Zumba Night. The night will consist of a 45 minute class taught by licensed instructor Louise Comerford, followed by light refreshments."
Children ages 5 and over are welcome to attend. They will be dancing to fun, family friendly music that will be sure to get you moving.

The cost is $10 per adult, $5 per child (Ages 16 and under considered child rate).
