Monday Essentials: Pajama Storytime and Managing Concerns About Falls

Pajama Storytime

Burlington Public Library will host Pajama Storytime at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8.

The event is for children 3-6 years old and their caregivers. Bring a favorite stuffed animal and blanket.

Selectmen Meeting

The Board of Selectmen meets at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7 in the Town Hall Main Hearing Room.

The agenda includes public hearings for Verizon/NStar on Princetown Road and a light tower at Mall Road and South Bedford Street.

Dungeon & Dragons Night

Head out to Dungeons & Dragons Night at 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11 at 103 Terrace Hill Ave.

The event is for ages 6 and up. The cost is $15 for those register and $20 at the door. Click here for more information. 

Managing Concerns About Falls

A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns About Falls will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 10 at Lahey Clinic, Classroom A, 29 Mall Road.

The course is designed to help people manage falls and increase activity levels in older adults. The class meets for two hours a week for eight weeks.

There is no fee.
