The Job Search Today v. Back in the Day

First, I'd like to welcome everyone to this forum. Second,  I need to lay down some rules really quickly.
1. If you think someone is trolling please let me know IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!  They will be dealt with promptly.....
2.  I ask that you communicate as you would in the business world.  We are not being timed while we type so take your time and write concisely. (novels are okay I like to read)
3.  No person to person negativity/harrassment.  This Blog is here to help not harm.
