Exercise is the key to staying strong, energetic and healthy as you get older. This class is only for those 55+ who want to age well, live life to the fullest and have fun while strength training, balancing, moving and stretching. Bring a mat, wear sneakers, comfortable clothing and bring hand weights. Other fun equipment will be provided.
