Burlington's Hockey Teams Past and Present Play for 3-Year-Old with Leukemia
CBS Boston has posted a video featuring the game between the 2012 and 2009 Burlington High hockey teams playing for a great cause.
Burlington High School's champion-ship winning 2012 played recently played a game for a great cause.
CBS Boston this week posted a video story on the June 23 game between the team and the 2009 team to help raise funds for 3-year-old Marty Wells, who is fighting leukemia.
About 300 people came out to see the game, which the 2012 team won 5-3. Between donations and raffle sales, the players raised about $4,500 for the Wells family.
