Burlington Students EArn Top Marks at Skidmore College

Congratulations to Jenna and Caitlin on their academic achievements!

ReadMedia- The following local students earned term honors for the fall semester at Skidmore College:

Jenna Frank, a member of the class of 2015. She is the daughter of Glenn and Kerrin Frank of Burlington.

Caitlin Riggs, a member of the class of 2015. She is the daughter of Roger and Catherine Riggs of Burlington.

Term honors are awarded for a quality point ratio of 3.650 from a possible 4.0, for students who have completed 14 credit hours.

Skidmore recognizes academic excellence in several ways. In addition to earning term honors based on work completed each semester, a student may be elected to the Skidmore chapter of Phi Beta Kappa.

Founded in 1903, Skidmore College is a coeducational, liberal arts college that enrolls approximately 2,400 students. The college grants both the bachelor of arts and the bachelor of science degree, as well as a master's degree in liberal arts.
