1 Stephanie Street - This Colonial, built in 2013, features an oversized great room with vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace, hardwood throughout first floor and a kitchen with a center island. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and is listed for $749,000. 

The least expensive 

12 Hampden Avenue - Currently the least expensive property in Burlington, this 5-room home needs a little work. It is 907 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and has a private backyard. It is listed for $259,900. 

13 Wyman Street - This historic home built in 1734 has 8 bedrooms and 2 baths. It features a circular stairway in the front entry to the 7 fireplaces, front and rear staircases and this home is adorned with period details. It is listed for $380,000.
