IMAGES: Burlington Votes - Scenes from the Polls

Burlington High School is abuzz with politics today. 

Residents have turned out in droves to cast ballots. This morning saw high voter turn-out with an average of 1,000 voters per hours. There was a long line of cars and the high school gymnasium was humming with people supporting their candidates of choice.

Outside the school supporters of the different candidates held signs and tried to drum up enthusiasm. Candidates were also on scene welcoming voters and shaking hands.
