Attorney John Giorgio of Kopelman & Paige, the firm that represents Burlington, gave the board of selectmen a review of the town's legal issues.
He said the town currently has six or seven pending cases, a number that is "very manageable." He added the town has "favorable positions" in current cases.
"Burlington is in excellent shape compared to other local communities," Giorgio said.
