Two Sudbury Men Arrested, Charged After Alleged Housebreak Today

The following arrest information was supplied by the Sudbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Dutton Road resident contacted the Sudbury Police Department earlier today after witnessing an alleged housebreak on Dutton Road by two suspicious-looking men.

According to Lt. Scott Nix, officers responding to the neighborhood just after 2 p.m.

"We responded and were able to locate the men in the vehicle while trying to flee from the area," he said.

After responding officers completed an investigation, two Sudbury residents were taken into custody.

Jeffrey McKinnon, 41, of 47 Old Meadow Road, Sudbury, was arrested and charged with:

  • Breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony;
  • Larceny from a building;
  • Conspiracy;
  • Possession of burglary tools;
  • Wanton destruction of property.

Also arrested was Kyle Sweet, 22, of 735 Boston Post Road, Sudbury. He is facing the same charges as McKinnon.

Both men are still in the custody of Sudbury police and are awaiting bail, Nix said.

Devils A. - I think the point here is that "stay at home" wives (trophy or not) are not breaking any laws. Whether or not they are doing work (most are raising children) is irrelevant and none of your business unless they are harming you.

Jeffreys wife doesn't work in an office or at a store because her full time job is taking care of her two baby boys, overseeing her only daughter gets to college, supporting her 2nd son with health issues and addiction recovery, while in turn trying to keep her family together after her oldest son went to jail. And her husband messed up, that is not her fault but one more burden for her to carry. NOONE can imagine the strength this woman has unless you have stood in her shoes. Back off this family doesn't need criticism they need support. Shame on anyone who feels otherwise.
