Transcript of 911 Calls in Hanscom Plane Crash

Seven people were killed when a private jet crashed on takeoff at Hanscom Field Saturday.

Several frightened Bedford residents and a man driving around called 911 Saturday night when they heard a huge explosion from a jet than crashed on takeoff at Hanscom Field and killed all seven aboard

Police released the audio recordings Monday. Click here to listen to the recordings.

Authorities said the private Gulfstream IV jet crashed on Runway 11 in Bedford. The victims included Philadelphia Inquirer co-owner Lewis Katz.

Below is a transcript from the tapes:

Call 1
Dispatcher: "911. This line is recording. What's your emergency?"
Woman: "Hi something just exploded at the end of, uh, Fayette."
Dispatcher: "OK. Is there any fire?"
Woman: "There's fire."
Dispatcher: "OK."
Woman: "It was a big boom. It shook the house and I'm on Eliot."
Dispatcher: "OK. Alright. So do you see fire from your window now?"
Woman: "I do."
Dispatcher: "OK. At the end of Eliot Road. So Eliot..."
Woman: "It's at the end of Fayette. I can see it from Eliot."
Dispatcher: "OK. I'll get them out."
Woman: "OK."
Dispatcher: "Bye bye."

Call 2
Dispatcher: "911. This line is recording. What's your emergency?"
Man: "I think there was just an airplane crash."
Dispatcher: "OK where do you think it was?"
Man: "Let me see if I can figure out what road I'm on. I'm not familiar with the neighborhood...it's near Hanscom."
Dispatcher: "Near Hanscom?"
Man: "Yep."
Dispatcher: "OK."
Man: "There's a giant column of smoke and flames."
Dispatcher: "Yep. We do have people heading that way now."

Call 3
Dispatcher: "911. This line is recording. What's your emergency?"
Woman: "Hi. I'm at (Fayette Road) and all of a sudden I'm like, sleeping and all of a sudden I heard this huge, this huge boom. I look out my window and the house across the street ... It was like a bomb went off and there was a mushroom cloud. Fire was going everywhere and ... do you know anything about this?"
Dispatcher: "OK. We have had several calls on it. We do have our units heading in that direction. I don't know exactly what it is just yet."
Woman: "Should we like, get out of here?"
Dispatcher: "I can't make that call right now, ma'am, because I don't know what's going on."
Woman: "OK. Ok. Should I call back later or..."
Dispatcher: "If you want to give us a call back later, absolutely. We'll have more information then."
Woman: "Okay thank you, bye bye."

Dispatcher: "Bye bye."

Call 4
Dispatcher: "911. This line is recording. What's your emergency?"
Woman: "I'm on Hartwell Avenue and I see a huge fire. i don't know if anyone's called it in but it's behind all the businesses...all of the office buildings on Hartwell Avenue."
Dispatcher: "It's behind on the office buildings on Hartwell Avenue. OK, thank you very much."
Woman: "OK, bye."
