Report: Accident on Route 128, Expect Delays
There are reports of a motor vehicle accident at Route 128 and Route 3 with a car in the woods.
A heads up to anyone traveling or about to travel on Route 128 Southbound and Route 3 in Burlington.
According to scanner and twitter reports, including a tweet by local scanner watcher Mike Maura, there was a motor vehicle accident at the Route 128 and Route 3 exchange. According to the report one vehicle went off the road into the woods. There may also be an engine compartment fire.
The two right lanes are blocked and motorists should expect delays.
