Police Issue Sketch, Description of Suspect in Burlington Mall Knife-point Robbery

The has released a sketch and an updated description of the suspect in a recent armed robbery in the parking lot of the l.

As reported on Burlington Patch,  on April 30 police responded to a call of a robbery at the Burlington Mall. According to police, a woman was sitting in her car in the lot with her door slightly ajar when a man allegedly pulled the door open and demanded her purse. The victim said the man showed her a knife during the robbery. The female victim was not injured during the robbery.

According to the victim the man ran into a nearby executive park. Police created a perimeter around the area and called in a K9 unit which was able to track the scent of the suspect into the executive park, where it disappeared.

Today police released an updated description of the suspect, which states they are looking for a male in his 20's, approximately 5’9, approximately 165 pounds. At the time of the robbery he was wearing a grey hoodie and jeans with possible rips in the legs. He may have been seen walking the lot for some time prior to committing the robbery.
