I was coming down Peach Orchard Rd aroun 6:45 and I noticed the traffic backing up. When I took a right onto Winn st. I saw 2 cars pulled over and a young man sitting in the street. It looked as though his head was bloodied and seemed to be conscious but out of it. It was before the police had arrived and traffic had stopped in both directions. When the police arrived they rerouted the cars and shortly there after the fire engine arrived with 2 more police cars and the EMT's. It was very sad as the boy just sat in the middle of the road confused and waiting for help. We need to do more to prevent these kinds of accidents in our town. I also witnessed the gas truck the night before crashing on route 128. Quite Frightening... Rose Manni 13 Kingsdale St. Burlington

and when will the traffic lanes be re-striped in front of the two schools on Winn St. We need a turning lane Southbound to Peach Orchard and Northbound dedicated right turn to Peach Orchard...it's crazy how 4 lanes go to 'how many'??? Constant fender benders in this location and now pedestrian accidents!!!
