Drunken Disturbance at Market Basket, Stolen Phone at Sears

Sunday, July 13

  • At 6:36 a.m. on Lexington Street a 77-year-old woman fell and was bleeding from the head. 
  • At 9:07 a.m. a patient at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center left without being medically cleared. Police located the man and returned him to the hospital.
  • At 3:36 p.m. Bed, Bath and Beyond reported that a customer's wallet was stolen, containing $150, her driver's license and credit cards.
  • At 4:57 p.m. a caller reported that an intoxicated man caused a disturbance at the Market Basket deli counter and then proceeded to the front door with a young girl. The man was driven home by his wife, who was also taking custody of their daughter.
Monday, July 14
  • At 1:08 p.m. an 18-year-old man was suffering from chest pains on Francis Road.
  • At 3:29 p.m. past threats were reported on Newbridge Ave. This was a part of an ongoing dispute between two elderly neighbors over their property line.
  • At 3:32 p.m. Sears Loss Prevention recovered a telephone. Kerrie Fisette, 19, of 10 Mayflower Drive, Litchfield, N.H., and Candido Vazquez, 20, of 4 Hammon Court, Nashua, N.H., were each arrested and charged with shoplifting greater than $100 by asportation and an outstanding warrant.
