Burlington Police Asking Public's Help Identifying Jewelry Thieves (Images)

The Burlington Police Department is investigating a theft at in the and is asking the public for help identifying two suspects.

According to police, the two men pictured here are the suspects in a theft of more than $7,000 worth of jewelry from Sears on April 24 at approximately 8:00 p.m.

According to the police logs, two Hispanic males, one described as having a thin build and wearing a black coat with white sleeves with a Patriots logo and blue jeans. The other male had short black hair, a mustache, a red Polo shirt and blue jeans. The men reportedly entered Sears and clicked the security cable off a display full of jewelry worth $7,000 before leaving the store.

Police also state the men may have been involved in a theft of a smartphone at the AT&T store in the mall as well. According to the logs, a suspect described as an Hispanic male between 5'7" and 5'9", thin build, wearing a black jacket, blue "skinny" jeans and a thick chain stole a phone worth approximately $550 that same day.

The Burlington Police Department, in order to reach the public for assistance, posted these pictures on the department's Facebook page.
