To the Editor: Friends of Burlington Football Continues Tradition

Senior football players and cheerleaders were honored.

To the Editor:

On Tuesday, November 22nd, The Friends of Burlington Football continued the annual tradition of honoring the Senior football players and cheerleaders, their parents, coaches and honored guests at a pre-Thanksgiving dinner prior to the big Thanksgiving football game. All who attended enjoyed a delicious dinner, and the heartfelt moments as each of the seniors had an opportunity to thank their parents, coaches and honored guests for their support throughout the years.

As with past years, this year’s event was a great success. Thank you to the parents of the BHS Juniors, who, through their tireless efforts, coordinated the entire event.

Most of all, this event would not have been possible without the kind and generous support of many community donors! A “Thank You” poster board was prominently displayed at both the dinner and the game on Thanksgiving to show our appreciation to the following donors.  Many Thanks to them All!
