Just when you think this town can’t possibly mismanage road construction projects any worse, they do. There were 2 cops on Mall Road shooting the breeze while South Bedford Street backs up. The motorist in front of me starts to turn onto Mall Road because there is finally no traffic and then Barney Fife decides to start screaming at him. Then I am entertained by watching these 2 uniformed, tax funded, over paid clowns try to rearrange a bunch of orange barrels only to cause further confusion to motorists trying to get to work. If you are going to reroute traffic on major thoroughfares, do so in a way that makes sense. Lastly, it makes me angry to see most of these cops shooting the breeze and not paying attention while getting paid.
