Vento, Thomas ,79, of Burlington, passed away on October 16, 2013.
He was a devoted and beloved son, husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. He was a remarkably caring and passionate Music teacher, a talented Guitar Player and an exceptional Jazz And Big Band Trumpet Player. More than anything in life, he adored his mother Josephine, his wife Claire, his son T.J., and his daughter Gia.
He also loved the beauty of nature and animals, and requested that, in lieu of flowers and anything else, donations be made to The Thomas Vento Nature Preservation Fund, c/o Gia Vento, 23 Douglas Ave, Burlington, MA 01803.
A viewing in The Church along with a Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 25, 10 a.m., at Saint Margaret's Church, 111 Winn Street, Burlington. Followed by a Burial with Military Honors at Chestnut Hill Cemetery, 50 Bedford Street, Burlington. All Are Invited To Attend. Eulogy to be given by his daughter Gia Vento.
