Obituary: Beloved Daughter Kristin Lucia, 26

The following is an Obituary from Sullivan Funeral Home: 

Kristin M. Lucia, a 2006 graduate of Burlington High School, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 31, 2013. She was 26 years old.

Kristin was born in Malden. She was raised and educated in Burlington. After graduating from Burlington High in 2006 she attended Middlesex and North Shore Community Colleges. Kristin loved children and chose a career in the daycare field. Kristin enjoyed cheerleading, dancing, going to concerts & clubs with her friends and shopping. She had a special bond with her sister Brittany whom Kristin adored and spent many special times with Brittany. Kristin loved to travel with her family. She had taken a trip to Mexico this past Spring with her father and sister. In 2011 she enjoyed a wonderful family cruise to the Caribbean. Kristin and her family had a special family trip to New York to celebrate her grandmothers’ 75th birthday this spring. Kristin will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend.

Kristin was the beloved daughter of James Lucia of Billerica and Isis Hart & her husband Fran of Burlington. Loving sister of Brittany of Burlington and Michael & his fiancé Katie Walsh of Burlington. Loving aunt of James. Granddaughter of Rosa Lucchesi of FL formerly of Everett. Niece of Lizette Nieves of WA, Doreen Lucia of WA and Randy Lucia of NY. Girlfriend of Sean Cronk of Everett. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Margaret’s Church, 111 Winn St., Burlington (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Monday, Nov. 4 at 11 a.m. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend. Burial will be private. Visiting hours omitted.
