Obituary: Beloved Family Man and U.S. Veteran John Joseph "Jack" O'Callaghan

The following is an obituary from the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home

John Joseph “Jack” O'Callaghan of Burlington, formerly of Winchester, Nov. 27.

Beloved husband of Linda (McGann). Loving father of Julie Everett and her husband Addison of Winchester, Jane Lennon and her husband William of Canton and John and his wife Marsha Durbano of Winchester. Devoted grandfather of Katherine & John Everett, Caroline, Craig & Sean O'Callaghan.

Brother of William & his wife Marjorie of W. Newbury, Margaret McCarthy & her husband John of W. Roxbury, Sheila Leporati & her husband William of Norwich, CT, Mary Jackson & her late husband Loring of Auburn, NH and the late Michael, Gerald, Daniel, and Thomas. Brother-in-law of Margaret O’Callaghan of Natick, Mary O’Callaghan of Hudson, Maureen O’Callaghan of Natick, Margaret of Rochester, NY, Joan Lavery and her late husband William of Billerica.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Margaret’s Church, 111 Winn St., Burlington (Exit 34 off Rt. 128, Woburn side) on Saturday, Nov. 30 at 10 a.m. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend. At the family's request there are no visiting hours. Interment in Pine Haven Cemetery, Burlington. Memorials in Jack’s name may be made to Winchester Hospital's Center for Cancer Care, 620 Washington Street, Winchester, MA 01890.
