Local Real Estate Agent Plays Key Role in New Mercedes-Benz Dealership Project

Former Massachusetts Resident and Founder of The Collection Auto Group, Bernie Moreno closes the purchase of 80-82 Cambridge Street in Burlington, MA, with the help of Real Estate Agent, Lillian Montalto, CCIM, of Lillian Montalto Signature Properties. As the Buyer’s Broker, Montalto has brought excitement to Burlington as they anticipate the arrival of the 55,000 square foot luxury Mercedes-Benz dealership.

This project, scheduled to begin after their final approvals are received from the Town of Burlington, will transform the 5.5 acre property into a unique, state-of-the-art, dealership that is said to bring significant tax revenue to the town. Moreno, who has been behind the success of 28 dealerships in the Midwest, looks forward to his first MA dealership and what it will bring to the community. According to The Collection Auto Group, Mercedes-Benz of Burlington will bring in more than $410,000 in gross annual property taxes and over a 10-year period the dealership will generate between $2,800,000 and $3,500,000 in new tax revenue for the town of Burlington.

Buyer’s Agent, Lillian Montalto who has played a key role in this transaction, anticipates what this property will do for the Town of Burlington and surrounding communities! As an active Residential and Commercial Agent, Lillian states, “Bernie Moreno will bring back to Massachusetts the “pleasure of purchasing a vehicle, which is a process most people don’t look forward to.  I have been personally Leasing/Buying my vehicles from him since the mid-90’s and have followed his successful and amazing career since his move to the Midwest.  His customer service and personal contact with his customers is unsurpassed.  He creates the ultimate auto experience!”
