Ba Gua Walking Meditation

菩提法門宗師金菩提禪師親傳的[八卦內功], 以掌法變換和行步走轉為主, 剛柔並濟, 內外兼修;外重手眼身法步, 內修心神意氣力. 它能夠使修習者快速增強能量, 補充元氣, 通達經脈, 身心合練, 是一種融武學於內功, 集養生和技擊於一爐的高級禪修方法.

Developed by founder of the Bodhi Meditation, Master JinBodhi, BAGUA Walking Meditation is based on two main components, movements of the palms and walking in circles. It combines strength and softness, physically and mentally. It can help improve health condition related to insufficiency of vital energy and blood circulations.
