Our academy and International Ballet Intensive (IBI) are known for providing the finest Vaganova ballet training in the Boston area. Students have attained professional careers with prestigious companies including Boston Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet Theater, Sarasota Ballet, Festival Ballet Providence, Ballet Sibiu Romania. IBI offers you the opportunity to develop artistically and technically. Classes provide a very strong Vaganova curriculum and students who attend all 6 weeks of the program will have the opportunity to perform publicly.

The NEMA Summer Ballet Intensive program consists of a Senior Intensive Program for students from ages 12+ to pre-professional ballet level; a Junior Intensive Program; and an Elementary Program. Our Senior Intensive Program curriculum includes daily technique and pointe class, partnering classes and much more.

Auditions will be held on March 8th, March 23rd, and April 5th at New England Movement Arts from 1:30-3:30pm. Please visit our website, www.nemovementarts.com, for audition requirements. 

Summer faculty will include instructors from New England Movement Arts, as well as a number of world-renowned guest instructors.
