A Celtic Journey: An Evening of IrishSongs and Stories

Enjoy world class Irish music, get a jump on your holiday shopping, and support a great cause by attending "A Celtic Journey: An Evening of Irish Songs and Stories," featuring Ciaran Nagle of The Three Irish Tenors and Riverdance, fiddle player Tara Novak, and pianist Scott Nicholas on Saturday, November 2nd, at 7 p.m. at the Chelmsford Center for the Arts, 1 North Road, Chelmsford.

This special fundraising event, hosted by the Concord Women's Chorus (CWC), features a "meet the artists" wine and beerreception with a cash bar, along with an opportunity to do some early holiday shopping during silent and live auctions. Tickets are $35 and are available through the CWC website, www.concordwomenschorus.org. Proceeds will benefit CWC's special programs, inclding educational and community outreach.

Now in the midst of its fifty-fourth season, the Concord Women's Chorus, under the direction of Jane Ring Frank, is composed of sixty singers from Concord, Massachusetts, and  twenty-one surrounding communities. The ensemble has a special mission of keeping music written for women's voices alive on the concert stage.
