I'm going with an obvious choice... Capital Grille. The staff provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the tables feel private, the lighting is just dim enough, and the food is to die for. The only thing that might kill the romance is the bill at the end! But it's worth it for a special occasion.

I've had date night at Papa Razzi. The lighting, the wine, the food, all very romantic. Haven't been to the Capital Grille or L'Andana yet but I imagine those would be good choices too.

"Summer Winter", at the Marriot Hotel, is a lovely, intimate, relaxing, delicious choice. Prices are much like any upper class restaurant. But it's Valentine's Day ! : )
