Four residents to be honored at Sept. 11 ceremony.

Burlington is a small community, but the attacks of September 11, 2001, had a major impact on the town.

There were three people killed that morning with Burlington ties, and another in the fight overseas in the aftermath.

All four will be honored during the town's first Sept. 11 ceremony this year, commemorating the 10th anniversary.
