The Burlington Mall, a Simon mall, announced this week the addition of several new retailers within the shopping center this summer. LittleMissMatched, a colorful woman’s clothing and accessory brand, is now open. Swim ‘N Sport, a women’s clothing store featuring an array of designer swimwear, and Spikes Junkyard Dogs and Stack-a-Burgera specialty food chain featuring creative combinations of two American favorites, are scheduled to open later this month at Burlington Mall.

“We are proud to welcome new brands, large and small, to Burlington Mall,” said Carolyn Preston, Assistant Vice President Leasing at Simon Property Group. “We’re constantly listening to customer feedback and working to ensure our retail and dining mix is fresh and on-trend. Through that, we’re pleased to bring even more options to our shoppers this summer,” she added.

LittleMissMatched

Open Now

LittleMissMatched, the innovative fashion and lifestyle brand that launched with the simple mission of encouraging creativity and celebrating individual style, continues to think “outside the socks” and inspire its fans, ages 1-101, with the opening of its newest retail outpost at Burlington Mall. LittleMissMatched started with a very simple mission: build a brand that is fun, inspires creativity, embraces individual style and celebrates self expression.

“Our stores are the ultimate expression of our brand,” says Jonah Staw, CEO and Co-Founder of LittleMissMatched.  “With the launch of this store, we are a few steps closer to inspiring creativity and self-expression in a LittleMissMatched way across the country.”

In keeping with LittleMissMatched’s brand values, the Burlington store will host a grand opening celebration the weekend of July 9-10, where talent calls will be held for its documentary, “What Makes You...YOU?,” a feel-good company-made film showcasing answers to this simple question. Kids of all ages (1-101) are invited to share 15 seconds of their creative selves through words, pictures, movement or all three.  The final film will debut October 21, which is National “Rock Your Socks” day.

Swim ‘N Sport

Scheduled to open July 2011

Burlington Mall proudly welcomes Swim 'N Sport this July. Since 1954, Swim ‘N Sport has been providing designer swimwear for women in 34 stores nationwide. Swim ‘N Sport stores carry all designer swimwear collections, including La Blanca, Miraclesuit, ABS by Allen Schwartz, Trina Turk, Gottex, Ralph Lauren, Body Glove and many more. The retailer specializes in swimwear separates, monokinis, tankinis, D-Cup fits and beach accessories.

The Burlington Swim ‘N Sport will be having a grand opening later this month, which will include gifts and other giveaways for customers.

Spike’s Junkyard Dogs and Stack-a-Burger

Scheduled to open July 2011

For 15 years Spike's Junkyard Dogs has been serving up its own brand of jumbo all beef franks on buns freshly-baked on location throughout the day.  Hotdogs are available with a wide variety of toppings ranging from the "Junkyard Dog” topped with pickles, fresh tomatoes, Spike's homemade mustard, scallions and hot peppers; to the "Texas Ranger Dog" loaded with BBQ sauce, bacon and cheddar cheese; to a "Classic Dog" with mustard, onions and relish.

The Burlington Mall location will be partnering with Stack-a Burger, a brand new burger concept featuring affordable quality burgers, stacked with as many patties as one desires, complete with a wide variety of toppings.  Curly fries, a terrific cooked-to-order breakfast menu, garden fresh salads and salad wraps round out the menu for a delicious new dining option at Burlington Mall.
