Do You Think We'll Get Snow? NWS Says It's Likely

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch; do you think we'll see snow?

The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a winter storm watch for our area, including Burlington, beginning Wednesday afternoon and continuing through Thursday afternoon.

Snow, sleet and freezing rain are possible. Accumulations of snow could be four to eight inches of "dry snow."

NWS said snow will begin Wednesday afternoon and continue through Thursday night. The heaviest snowfall could fall late Wednesday night into Thursday morning.

NWS said travel may be impacted, especially during the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes as snowfall may be fast enough to affect visibility.

Winds may gust up to 15 MPH, temperatures will be in the mid-30s and visibility may be reduced to a quarter to a half mile at times.

So what do you think? Are we going to get some snow? Would you be happy or sad if we do considering how little we have gotten this year? Tell us in the comments.
