  • Light snow: Looks like we could get some snow today. According to the National Weather Service we can expect snow after 4 p.m. New accumulation of less than half an inch possible. Otherwise mostly cloudy with a high near 35 degrees. Freezing rain and sleet likely with accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible. Low around 28 degrees. 
  • Public meetings: The Recreation Commission is meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room at Burlington High School. The Board of Selectmen is meeting at 7 p.m. in meeting room at Burlington High School. 
  • Town Meeting: The January 2013 will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium at Burlington High. 
  • Electronics help: Have an electronic reader, tablet or other device but having difficulties using it? The Burlington Public Library information session at 7 p.m. on how to use your Kindle, Nook, EReader, iPad, and other devices. 
  • Dance lessons: Kadanse Latin & Ballroom Dance Instruction is offering beginner Ballroom dancing lessons at 6:45 p.m. this evening for $10. Click here for more details. Miss Louise's School of Dance is offering beginner Irish Step lessons at 7 p.m. for $15. Click here for details.
