Arcadia Healthcare Solutions Names Three Key Executives

Arcadia Healthcare Solutions, a leading provider of data-driven quality improvement solutions for health systems and health plans, concluded 2013 with an expanded national sales force and the addition of marquee clients across the country with significant traction in the Northwest and Upper Midwest regions. To underscore the company’s continued growth in 2014, Arcadia has begun operating under a new name, Arcadia Healthcare Solutions, and has appointed three new executives to leadership roles.

They will be instrumental as we continue to deliver new data-driven solutions and reach our clients nationally.”

Sam Adams has been named Senior Vice President of Sales, responsible for all business development activities nationally for Arcadia Healthcare Solutions. Adams comes to Arcadia with more than 20 years of healthcare technology experience across a broad foundation of industry solution providers where he served as a senior executive, including Lawson Software, Picis, Optum Provider and Accretive Health. Adams has helped lead national brands to IPOs and played an integral part of the 2010 sale of Picis to Optum Health. He has a proven track record in the growth of Healthcare IT-focused solutions including clinical, revenue cycle, practice management, computer assisted coding, and enterprise resource planning practices. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Jonathan Rider has been named Senior Vice President of Arcadia’s Technology and Engineering divisions, responsible for software development, quality assurance, information technology, and the firm’s managed services, security, hosting, and infrastructure capabilities. Prior to Arcadia, Rider was President and Chief Technology Officer for Jetstream Consulting, focusing on global large system analytics and process and performance enhancement. Previously, he was Vice President at PTC, CIO at Gilbane Building Company, Vice President at Monster Worldwide, and a Chief Warrant Officer/Helicopter Instructor in the United States Army. Rider is a Six-Sigma Black Belt and has more than 20 technology industry certifications and awards. He is a Master of Business in e-business, and holds a Bachelor of Science from Embry Riddle.

Sandi Molettieri is now Senior Director of Human Resources and is responsible for the human resources function as well as staffing and talent acquisition for the company. Prior to Arcadia, Molettieri was Director of Staffing for UTC Aerospace Systems, one of the world’s largest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and defense products with $13 billion in annual revenue and 40,000 employees worldwide, where she established the staffing function from the ground up. Previously she spent 10 years at Altran Control Solutions in a variety of roles culminating in her position as the Director of Human Resources where she created and managed a shared services function. She has a Bachelor of Science in business management, and is currently pursuing her Master of Science at Southern New Hampshire University. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management.
