Two new, non-restaurant, businesses announced for 3rd Ave.

Two new businesses have been announced to join Wegman's, Kings Bowl and the other establishments in the 3rd Ave project.

3rd Ave Burlington announced that they have completed two new leases totaling 22,825 square feet. The signed leases are with Boston Interiors, 17,757 square feet, and Carter’s Diamonds & Fine Jewelers, 5,068 square feet. Being developed by Nordblom Company, the 3rd Ave retail-walking street will be anchored by Wegmans and Kings Bowl and home to The Bancroft, Cambridge Savings Bank, Tony C’s, and Redstone American Grill.

"Carter’s Diamonds & Fine Jewelers and Boston Interiors further add to the high quality of tenants we are attracting to the 3rd Ave project," stated Douglas Wynyard, Senior Vice President for Nordblom Company. "It is rewarding to watch 3rd Ave evolve into such a unique collection of dining, entertaining, and shopping experiences."
