Two new businesses have been announced to join Wegman's, Kings Bowl and the other establishments in the 3rd Ave project.

3rd Ave Burlington announced that they have completed two new leases totaling 22,825 square feet. The signed leases are with Boston Interiors, 17,757 square feet, and Carter’s Diamonds & Fine Jewelers, 5,068 square feet. Being developed by Nordblom Company, the 3rd Ave retail-walking street will be anchored by Wegmans and Kings Bowl and home to The Bancroft, Cambridge Savings Bank, Tony C’s, and Redstone American Grill.

"Carter’s Diamonds & Fine Jewelers and Boston Interiors further add to the high quality of tenants we are attracting to the 3rd Ave project," stated Douglas Wynyard, Senior Vice President for Nordblom Company. "It is rewarding to watch 3rd Ave evolve into such a unique collection of dining, entertaining, and shopping experiences."

According to a release, Boston Interiors is the leading specialty home furnishings retailer serving the Boston metropolitan area, offering customers a distinctive blend of finely-crafted furniture and accessories, professional design assistance, and exceptional value.  A perennial Best of Boston winner, and nationally-recognized for its innovative product offerings, Boston Interiors furnishes its customers with fresh and affordable ideas for comfortable living.

Since 2001, the release continues, Carter’s Diamonds & Fine Jewelers has been the premier destination for engagement and fine jewelry in the North Shore communities.  Carrying such lines as Tacori, Hearts On Fire, Movado and Pandora, customers will have an array of world-renowned brands to choose from. Carter’s offers custom one-of-a-kind jewelry designs, along with high quality on-site repair services and appraisals.

3rd Ave, an addition to the Route 128 corridor, is being developed as a wide boulevard lined with restaurants, cafes, retail boutiques and other service amenities, with a focus on pedestrian walkways and public green space.  The development is easily accessible to major area roadways, and is bounded by Route 3, the Middlesex Turnpike and Route 128/Interstate 95.  For more information about 3rd Ave, visit www.3rdAveBurlington.com or check out their Facebook page
