Seasons 52 Working Towards Late Summer Opening

Work continues on the old Borders location in the Wayside plaza in preparation for a new high-end restaurant.

The sign has been changed and now sports the name of the incoming restaurant, Seasons 52.

According to the Season's 52 website, the higher-end restaurant offers a variety of seasonally-inspired menu options. Entrees include Cedar Plank Atlantic Salmon, Caramelized Sea Scallops, Garlic Chicken Flatbread, Roasted Crab-Stuffed Shrimp, Ripe Plum Tomato Flatbread, Grilled Rack of New Zealand Lamb and the Char Crust Filet Mignon.

This will be the first location of the restaurant in Massachusetts. According to a note on the restaurant's Facebook page, they are aiming to open in "late summer of 2013."

“The addition of Seasons 52 to Wayside will provide shoppers with a unique, new dining experience that fits in perfectly with the exciting retail environment here,” said Gary Robinson, Vice President, Leasing for The Wilder Companies, management company for the shopping center. “The greater Burlington area is a wonderful place to live and work and I believe that Seasons 52 promotes the same positive lifestyle benefits that are valued in the region.”

The Burlington location will feature a warm, welcoming ambiance centered on a casual, but sophisticated dining room with rich mahogany accents, a custom-built wine cellar, and three private dining rooms, according to a release from Seasons 52. Additional highlights include a large outdoor patio, an exclusive chef’s table, and a piano bar featuring live music nightly.
