Seasons 52 Location Coming Along at Wayside

The former Borders site is under renovations for an incoming higher-end restaurant.

Renovations for the site of a new higher-end restaurant coming into Burlington's Wayside is coming along.

As reported on Burlington Patch, Seasons 52 is taking over the former Borders location at Wayside at 6 Wayside Road. This will be the first location of the restaurant in Massachusetts. 

Hunter Robinson of Seasons 52 told Burlington Patch that the restaurant is slated to open in this summer. Patch will provide updated information when an exact grand opening date is set.

The Burlington location will feature a warm, welcoming ambiance centered on a casual, but sophisticated dining room with rich mahogany accents, a custom-built wine cellar, and three private dining rooms, according to a release from Seasons 52. Additional highlights include a large outdoor patio, an exclusive chef’s table, and a piano bar featuring live music nightly.

“Burlington’s vibrant culture and sense of community make it the ideal first location for Seasons 52 in Massachusetts. We look forward to serving our guests – people who celebrate living well while enjoying upscale dining, shopping and entertainment,” said Stephen Judge, president of Seasons 52.

According to the Season's 52 website, the higher-end restaurant offers a variety of seasonally-inspired menu options. Entrees include Cedar Plank Atlantic Salmon, Caramelized Sea Scallops, Garlic Chicken Flatbread, Roasted Crab-Stuffed Shrimp, Ripe Plum Tomato Flatbread, Grilled Rack of New Zealand Lamb and the Char Crust Filet Mignon.

“The addition of Seasons 52 to Wayside will provide shoppers with a unique, new dining experience that fits in perfectly with the exciting retail environment here,” said Gary Robinson, Vice President, Leasing for The Wilder Companies, management company for the shopping center. “The greater Burlington area is a wonderful place to live and work and I believe that Seasons 52 promotes the same positive lifestyle benefits that are valued in the region.”
