Patch Snap: Burton's Grill is Coming to Burlington

Burton's Grill will open in Burlington in the Middlesex Commons on Dec. 12.

Today's Patch Snap is of the new Burton's Grill in Burlington. The following is a press release concerning the grand open celebration of the new location:

On Monday, Dec. 12 at 3:00PM Burtons Grill, the New England based restaurant group with six locations currently located in: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Virginia and New Hampshire will be opening their seventh location at the Middlesex Commons shopping center located on Middlesex Turnpike in Burlington, Massachusetts.

The new Burtons Grill location will celebrate its opening so close to the holiday season by giving back to the community via donating 25% of all food sales on opening day to People Helping People, Inc. a non-profit, volunteer Burlington support program consisting of three existing groups: the Burlington Community Pantry, the Burlington Covenant for Basic Needs and the Holiday Program.

“With our Nashua, New Hampshire location opening just four months ago, we’re enthusiastic to see this kind of growth. When we enter a new marketplace we strive to become part of the fabric of the community in which we operate. This means beyond employing people in the community, that we’re committed to working with our core customers, their associations, groups, schools and the charities that are important to them. We couldn’t be happier to be opening in Burlington, Massachusetts and we’re looking forward to serving and growing our customer base here," said Kevin Harron, CEO of Burtons Grill.

Customers on hand for the opening of the new Burtons Grill can not only feel good about where 25% of their dining dollars are going, but about their chances to win several Burtons Grill gift certificates up for grabs opening night (no purchase necessary)!

Designed by Peter Niemitz and set in rich color tones, the atmosphere plays the perfect backdrop for the upscale-casual concept specializing in seasonally inspired, ingredient-driven contemporary American cuisine that Burtons Grill has become so well known for.

The new location will be a 216 seat, full service restaurant boasting an open kitchen, private dining room and patio for seasonal outdoor dining.

Under the tutelage of Culinary Director Denise Baron, Executive Chef Tricia Personius will oversee the restaurant’s new menu which will consist of Burtons Grill signature items as well as some new creations.

The Burtons Grill Burlington, MA location will be open to the general public beginning on Monday, December 12th, 2011 at 3:00PM. The address of the new location is 43 Middlesex Turnpike Unit 10B Burlington, MA 01803.

There will need to be parking garage at the Middlesex Mall. Chateau, and now Burton's Grill will not be able to accommodate the amount of customers they will draw as it is today Did the Planners consider this when they approved the applications? It has been grid lock galore there at holiday season, but now we are seeing it flourish even more.since Market Basket's mega market, and Norstrom's Rack opened.. All parking spaces are totally filled, daily. One has to realize that when you put lower cost, high end facilities into one location that it will bloom out of proportion. No complaint on my part because I live within walking distance, and grocery shop at Roche Bro's. However, neigbhors have had to return home when trying to shop at Market Basket, due to no parking availability (Carrying groceries is not an option).. And, what about others that come a distance to these desirable restaurants and have nowhere to park?! H-Mart is totally full at all times. Maybe we local residents can start renting our driveways. : )
