The town welcomes Mercedes-Benz of Burlington with a groundbreaking event on Monday, May 5, at 10:30 a.m.
The project is located at the site of the former Palomar building, and was rezoned to a Planned Development District (PDD) by the town in late January. Prior to the rezoning, the site was zoned as General Industrial District and permitted for approximately 85,000 square feet of office space.
