Mercedes Dealership Eying Burlington Location

A realty group is looking to convert the old Palomar Medical Technologies on Cambridge Street into a dealership.

There may soon be a new Mercedes-Benz dealership in town.

According to a story in the Daily Times Chronicle, a group named M11 Realty appeared before the Burlington Planning Board with a petition to rezone 80 and 82 Cambridge Street to a Continuous Traffic District for a new dealership. The location is currently zoned as General Industry.

The parcel abuts L'Andana.

According to the story the dealership would house 300 vehicles and employ about 70 people.
