Casual American Restaurant Featuring Open Flame Grills to be in Northwest Park

The Nordblom Company announced that a Redstone American Grill will be part of the Northwest Park development.

Another of the restaurants coming to Northwest Park has been announced.

According to a release from the Burlington-based Nordblom Company, which owns the property, said the company has signed a 10,000 square foot lease with Redstone American Grill for 3rd Ave in Burlington.

“We are excited that Redstone American Grill has chosen 3rd Ave to establish their first restaurant in Massachusetts” said Douglas Wynyard, Senior Vice President for Nordblom Company, “Redstone takes great pride in the quality of their food, service and ambiance and they will prove to be yet another unique restaurant experience inspiring people to say ‘Let’s go to 3rd Ave!’”

According to the release, Redstone American Grill is a full-service, polished casual restaurant specializing in classic American food using fresh ingredients and visually appealing presentations.

All of the restaurant's locations feature wood burning rotisseries and open flame grills where its signature chicken, seasonal fish and steaks are prepared. The menu also offers a selection of fresh chilled salads, homemade soups, unique appetizers and unforgettable desserts.

"Redstone takes great pride in their chef inspired menu using high quality ingredients that encourage unique flavors," the release states.

The restaurant features a "casually elegant ambiance and décor" the release states. It has woodwork and rich colors and a roaring fire and features contemporary artwork.

Redstone announced in May.

The Northwest Park will be anchored by a Wegmans grocery store and will feature a Kings bowling alley.

Wegmans - Wegmans, which has signed a 30 year lease with Nordblom with options to renew, is planning to build a 135,000 square foot facility with adjacent parking for 800 vehicles. The plans include a 14,000 square foot mezzanine overlooking a food court, an outdoor café and outdoor cooking classes.  Patrons will be able to enter and exit Wegmans from Third Avenue, Fourth Avenue or from Network Drive via Second Avenue.

Kings - The Kings bowling alley will feature a 296-seat restaurant in a 27,000 square foot building and will have 24 bowling alleys. The total occupancy is over 600 people. The location will feature a full bar and at-alley food and drink service. During the daytime Kings will be available for birthday parties. There will also be a function room for business meetings and gatherings.
