'Bar-B-Q' is done right at this Cambridge Street eatery.

What’s the best restaurant in Burlington? There’s really no right answer. However, each week, Burlington Patch picks a great restaurant either in town or nearby that is worth checking out. Here’s this week’s choice:

 – Some might say you can’t go wrong with barbecue, and, even if that’s true, this savory establishment sure does it right. Lester’s is known for its Big Johnson’s Chile, Cajun blackened catfish sandwich and, of course, wings and St. Louis dry-rubbed ribs. No matter your state ahead of time, you’re sure to leave satisfied. The restaurant has both menus for kids and a good selection of drinks for adults. 376 Cambridge St. 781-750-8529. Open daily for lunch and dinner (Mondays, lunch only). Prices: $7 to $15 for entrees.
