The Raisman-Ballas duo scored of 23 out of a possible 30,  which keeps them near the front of the dancing pack. With her score from the two previous weeks, she has a total of 68 points.

Raisman trained for the Olympics Gymnastics Team at the Brestyan’s American Gymnastics Club in Burlington. She won two gold medals and a bronze medal for the U.S. Women’s Olympics at the 2012 London Games.

As one couple has to go each week, there was an elimination. Last week was country singer Wynona Judd's final week on the competition

There is also something of a feud going on between contestant D.L. Hughely and the judges. The actor has called the judges bullies, while Goodman said he is being generous and fair.

In her email interview with LA Weekly, she said seeing fellow athlete Dorothy Hamill leave the week before was heartbreaking, but she plans to keep in touch with Hamill. She notes that the results shows are stressful, but that she really enjoys performing.
