Patch Snap: Burlington 3rd Graders Collect Funds for People Helping People

Help a child in need have a happy holiday by donating a gift.

Welcome to another edition of Patch Snap, where we highlight a picture or pictures of around Burlington or of Burlington residents out and about.

Today's Patch Snap comes from Janet Sullivan Fitzgerald of People Helping People, who states:

"Mrs. Lynch’s Third Grade Class at Pine Glen did a food and penny drive during the month of December.  They collected $60 for People Helping People.

Matthew Cameron, who is in this class, collected $30 on his own by standing in his driveway and asking his neighbors for financial donations for the Food Pantry!

People Helping People thanks Mrs. Lynch’s Third Grade Class for making a difference this holiday season!"
