Patch Snap: BHS Student Volunteer in Morocco

Patch Snap is an occasional post that features pictures from around Burlington or Burlington residents out and about.

Welcome to another edition of Patch Snap, where we highlight a picture or pictures of around Burlington or of Burlington residents out and about.

Today's Patch Snap comes from Patricia O'Brien who said:

Two Burlington High School students are participating in a Volunteer Morocco trip. Sarah (class of 14) and Ameen (class of 16) Jamal-Eddine. The trip is a joint effort of  Volunteer Morocco (http://volunteermorocco.org/) and United for Service (http://www.unitedforservice.com/projects/volunteer-abroad/morocco/).

They loaded up bags with medical supplies and books and to date have worked in health clinic, dental clinic, organized a road race, and helped build school in Ighil Village outside of Marakkech Morocco.
