Burlington Students to Hold Electronic Waste Drop-Off

Bring your old electronics to Burlington High on Jan. 5 for safe and environmentally friendly disposal.

The following is a release from the Burlington Conservation Commission:

The Students for Environmental Action (SEA) are poised and ready to accept your old, unwanted, and broken electronics. Please bring your computers/laptops, monitors, printers, typewriters, iPads, iPods, cell phones, or other electronics to Burlington High School between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on January 5. Burlington High School is located at 134 Cambridge Street, Burlington, MA. Please note that televisions will not be accepted at this event.

SEA is a student activity group, led by Jill McInerney and Nathaniel Ladd, with the mission of helping to protect our natural environment. The students organized this event not only to help residents properly dispose of their unwanted electronics, but also to raise awareness about how the choices we make each and every day can help better protect our environment.
