Talk With Local Author Jodi Blase at the Library

Five things to know today.

Today is Wednesday, September 25. Here are five things to know: 

1) Sunny skies 

Looks like another nice day today. According to the National Weather Service we can expect sunny skies with a high near 69 degrees. Partly cloudy tonight with a low around 48 degrees. 

2) Town Meeting

Burlington Town Meeting continues at 7:30 p.m. in the Burlington High School auditorium. Click here to see the warrant

3) Story times 

The Burlington Public Library is offering a two story times today. The first is Toddler Storytime for children 18 to 36 months at 10:30 a.m. followed by Preschool Storytime for children 3 to 6 at 11 a.m.

4) Book discussion with a Burlington author

The Library is also holding a discussion of local author Jodi Blase's 'Damaged Goods,' a suspenseful family drama about a social worker who adopts a troubled boy after her own daughter is murdered. Blase will be at the talk to discuss her work. The talk starts at 7 p.m. and is open to all.
